Our journey
early
At the end of 2018, we decided to enter the accommodation services market, launching our first apartment for rent in the city of Timisoara. As we saw the increasing demand, we realized the potential to transform properties into profitable sources of income and to offer our clients unforgettable experiences.
April 2020 - First major challenge
From our first managed apartment, we managed to reach 17 apartments in just one year, before facing our biggest challenge to date: the COVID-19 pandemic. As restrictions temporarily halted the flow of travelers, our sector was severely impacted. However, we continued to successfully manage our top 4 apartments, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in the face of an unprecedented situation.
September 2022 - 80 Apartments
As we saw a gradual return to travel, we accelerated our business expansion. By 2022, we boasted a portfolio of over 80 apartments for rent in Timisoara. This rapid growth has solidified our position as one of the leading hotel property management companies in our area.
October 2023 - Expansion to Brașov
In the fall of 2023, we also strengthened our presence in Romania’s second largest city, Brașov, by launching the first 10 apartments in a series planned for the future. This strategic move represents an important step in our long-term expansion strategy.
