Our path

At the end of 2018, we decided to enter the market of accommodation services, launching our first apartment for rent in the city of Timișoara. As we saw demand grow, we realized the potential to turn properties into profitable sources of income and provide unforgettable experiences for our customers.

April 2020 - First major challenge

From our first managed apartment, we managed to reach a total of 17 apartments in just one year, before encountering the biggest challenge up to that point: the COVID-19 pandemic. As the restrictions have temporarily halted the flow of travelers, our sector has been severely affected. However, we continued to successfully manage the top 4 apartments, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in the face of an unprecedented situation.

September 2022 - 80 Apartments

As we saw a gradual recovery in travel, we accelerated the expansion of our business. By 2022, we are proud of a portfolio of over 80 apartments for rent in Timișoara. This rapid growth has solidified our position as one of the leading hotel property management companies in our area.

October 2023 - Expansion in Brașov

In the fall of 2023, we also consolidated our presence in the second important city in Romania, Brașov, launching the first 10 apartments in a series planned for the future. This strategic move is an important step in our long-term expansion strategy.
